Before you call
How does the free estimate work?
Send the form through or give us a ring. For most jobs a couple of photos are enough to price it without visiting. For bigger work we’ll come and look, and that visit costs you nothing either way.
Is the quote fixed, or could it go up?
Fixed. Once you’ve approved it, that’s the price. The only time it changes is if we open something up and find a problem nobody could have seen — and then we stop, show you, and agree the change with you in writing before carrying on.
Do you supply the materials?
Either way works. We can pick everything up and itemise it on the quote, or you buy the parts yourself and we fit them. Just say which you’d prefer when you request the estimate.
How soon can you come out?
Small repairs can usually be fitted in within the week. Bigger jobs get booked around the current schedule — you’ll get a real date rather than a vague promise.
How do I pay?
Payment is due once the work is finished and you’re happy with it. You’ll get a proper itemised invoice — e-transfer, card and cheque all accepted.
